Each year, EarthRights International trains a group of young lawyers and legal advocates from Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam through the Mekong Legal Advocacy Institute (MLAI). This year, they visited communities affected by the Pak Beng Dam.
